The DR590X series is designed with Parking Mode in mind. When your vehicle's ignition is turned off, the dashcam can switch automatically to Parking Mode, thanks to the optional Hardwiring cable. This feature allows the camera to continue recording, while voltage cutoff and timer settings can be configured through the BlackVue App to protect your car's battery.

To enhance the Parking Mode capabilities, the DR590X series is compatible with a range of BlackVue accessories. The External GPS Receiver G-1EU adds speed and location data to your recordings, while the Power Magic Battery Packs, such as the B-112 and B-124X, provide power for extended Parking Mode operation without draining your car's battery.

For even greater Parking Mode duration, the Expansion Battery B-124E can be connected to the Power Magic Ultra Battery B-124X, more than doubling the available capacity and recording time.

The USB port on the DR590X dashcam allows for the connection of a GPS receiver or an LTE-M and GPS receiver combo module, further enhancing the data captured in your video recordings.
